Have you ever wanted to work in a comic book shop? Silent Bob himself, Kevin Smith, is casting a new television series set in his comic shop “The Secret Stash.” He’s not looking for actors, he’s looking for real people who live and breath the comic book lifestyle. Must be funny outgoing and have a knowledge and passion for comics, superheroes, movie memorabilia, and everything that goes with it. Looking for men and women ages 21 – 35 in the Tri-state area only. Must be available in Red Bank, NJ on either June 2nd or June 3rd AND a 3-day shoot on June 14th – 16th. Red Bank, NJ: Jay & Silent Bob’s Secret Stash

Kevin Smith’s store is a literal ode to the movies he’s made. From the Bluntman & Chronic car from Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back, to the actual comic book of the same name, to the “Buddy Christ” figure from Dogma. Some days you might even see Mr. Smith behind the register if you’re lucky!
